These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by RayLee Real Estate Media (“RayLee Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The RayLee Media text messaging program provides low-volume, service-related communications to real estate agents and clients, including:
• Responses to inquiries
• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders and live shoot updates
• Media delivery notices
• Customer support

OPT-IN AND CONSENT

To opt in:
• Enter your mobile number on a RayLee Media website or booking page.
• Affirmatively check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box.

By opting in, you authorize RayLee Media to send recurring automated and non-automated service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Do not provide a mobile number that you do not own or control.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COSTS

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, bookings, and interactions with RayLee Media.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
• RayLee Media does not charge a separate fee for text messages.

OPT-OUT

Reply STOP to any RayLee Media text message to cancel. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive texts unless you opt in again.

PRIVACY

We handle information according to our Privacy Policy at https://book.rayleemedia.com/privacy-policy.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DELIVERY

• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
• The program may not be available on all devices or carriers.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

CHANGES

We may update these terms or modify or discontinue the text messaging program. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
